  Dreadful.
  Virtually everything (if not everything) for sale at the Brick is for sale at other retailers in the Comox Valley.
  And yet this Brick is utterly contemptuous of customers.
  Rather than stand behind a product and use Retail Return for defective product they outright refuse to help -- forcing the customer to spend their time and energy in resolving this issue.
